In short: every order goes straight into our print queue, so orders can’t be cancelled once they are placed. Need to change something? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

As soon as you place an order, it is sent to production so it can join the next print run and reach you as fast as possible. Because of this, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been placed.

If your order arrives with a problem that is our fault, you are fully covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement guarantee.

Changing your order

You can ask us to change your order within 2 hours of placing it:

  • Size, style or color
  • Design
  • Shipping address

Email ardellogeovonni@gmail.com with your order number and the change you need. After 2 hours your order is locked for production and can no longer be modified.

Busy seasons

During peak seasons (holidays, big game weeks) changes may take a little longer to process.
