We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. Your card details are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

You can verify SSL by looking for the 🔒 padlock icon in your browser address bar next to punkyness.com.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of payment. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact ardellogeovonni@gmail.com.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Verify your card number, expiry date, and CVV
  • Check that your billing address matches your card statement
  • Try a different payment method (PayPal usually works if a card is declined)
  • Contact your bank to authorize international or online transactions
  • If issues persist, email us at ardellogeovonni@gmail.com

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing varies by method: cards typically 3-10 business days; PayPal usually within 24 hours.
